Overview This is a premium rate service which allows you buy content for your mobile handset. This service is provided by Mobile Streams plc
Pricing The cost of each piece of content is clearly displayed before and during purchase. This is NOT a subscription service.
Promotions and Marketing Please note that buy purchasing our material you opt in to receive - from Mobile Streams - promotional messages. All messages that contain the words 'Free Message' are free for you to receive.
STOP Command If you would like to stop the promotions for this service at any point simply text STOP to 64055. The STOP command is not case sensitive.
Customer Service Our customer service line is available in normal office hours on +44 (0)845 5560671 or email team@mobilestreams.com. Outside these hours, please leave a message and we will get back to you within 48 working hours, within office hours.
Service Mechanic If someone else should use your mobile, with or without your permission, we cannot be held responsible for whatever costs may occur.
Age Verification To use this service you must be over 16 and have the bill payer's permission.
Data Protection We will not share your data - including but not limited to your mobile number, age and location or any additional information you convey via the service - for any reason other than to provide you with the service. We will not share your data with anyone else. You have the right to stop the service at any time and request that any or all of your data be removed from our database.
